Anyway. Jonathan Young over 2 years ago I fixed this error using a different (shorter) USB cable. In hindsight, it's pretty obvious now that the power button doesn't cut the power to the USB hub, so if you tripped the over-current protection, you need a full power off Device Descriptor Read/8 Error 110 Integrated Rate Matching Hub
