I've been getting access to the net by manually assigning IP address and DNS since services like DHCP or diagnostics won't start, but I've had enough of my system not doing The profile should show up on the screen. Error Code Is 0x5 My guess is that if we manually modify the file permissions on the service-related system files, they'll be able to start the service and it could save time on repair. Your solution really worked for me, starting the DHCP service. The only way that I can find to do this is to schedule a task based on a logged event.
