Ran the launcher, and it downloaded the file again and placed the new file in the directory (FROM THE SERVER) and then tells me the file appears to be corrupt.... The error keeps coming, and I've had more errors than hours of play with Diablo. Don't have me re-download a corrupt file! The issue is likely hard disk corruption.
