I used 3 different programs (Rufus, YUMI, UltraISO) and I tried manually via command prompt. Change the Mode from AHCI or RAID to IDE or Legacy. I thought it was the same as windows 7 that required 64bit to acces all 4 gb. I can't try with CD because this is that kind of small laptop (forgot name) so it don't have cd reader. I fiddled around with them and problem solved.
