A while back I had a problem with my computer, and after some odd things happening such as a CD-R failing a burn and the computer starting to respond very slow, Of course it is common to have errors when it comes to the hardware issues and same goes for the BIOS. If it was not the hard drive then the error is either in the software that was backed up or the computer's mother board. Restart the system and you are done!
