Apologies for the ignorance. if you're in Safe Mode you can type cmd in the blank when you click on Start.
By bumping on someone's topic it makes it confusing for the tech to understand who they are helping. It gets stuck after the 'set up now' button is pressed and won't go past 'set up is starting' with the cursor whirling.
