I found the cause to be a USB Compact Flash card reader. Have done this, one hard drive did require chkdisk to repair inconsistencies. I check the disk manager and from what I see in there my primary harddisk is located in channel0/Disk 0 while Disk1 is from my removable USB flash drive. That's the first place I looked but I'm unsure how to correlate Harddisk2\DR2 to any of those drives. These are available free from manufacturers web-sites, if you know the brand, or generic HDD utilities are available from download.com. The "Harddisk5" should refer to "Disk 5" in Disk Management however. It could be the case that you have more then one usb device that is programmed at the hardware level to only use the same specific IRQs.
